CR Power Holds the Inauguration Ceremony of Thailand Representative Office

On the morning of September 21, CR Power Thailand Representative Office was officially inaugurated. The event was attended by Wang Xiangming, Chairman of China Resources Group, Lan Yi, Deputy General Manager, Chen Rong, Chief Strategy Officer, Shi Baofeng, Chairman of the Board of Directors of CR Power, Zhang Wei, Chairman of CR Longdation, and other leaders.

The establishment of CR Power's Thailand Representative Office marks an important milestone in the Company's international expansion and symbolizes a further step forward in its exploration of overseas business. In his speech, Chairman Shi Baofeng introduced the background, significance, and determination behind the establishment of the CR Power Representative Office in Thailand. He emphasized that the office will serve as a new starting point for the Company. Moving forward, CR Power will stay committed to its vision of becoming a world-class clean energy supplier and integrated energy service provider. The Company will actively support the Belt and Road Initiative, strengthen cooperation with Southeast Asian countries, and, under the strong leadership of the Group, contribute to the local economy and social development with an open, collaborative, and mutually beneficial approach, embodying the "China Resources Power" commitment.

Chairman Wang Xiangming listened to the work report on CR Power’s operations in Thailand and affirmed the establishment of the representative office. He also outlined the next steps for the office’s development. First, he emphasized the need to leverage Thailand's geographical advantages to serve as a strategic hub and gateway. Second, he recommended adopting a "full-mode, full-channel" approach for operations in Thailand, aligning with both short-term and long-term strategic goals to quickly make progress. Third, he encouraged utilizing CR Power’s multiple domestic strengths to develop and promote demonstration projects in Thailand. Finally, he advised selecting partners with comparative advantages to expand cooperation broadly.
